Randy Mallaber

Randy Mallaber, originally from Gowanda, NY, graduated Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Fredonia with a bachelor of science in Political Science, then earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. He has been admitted to practice law in New York State since 2003. He handles matters across New York State in both state and federal court. Mallaber specializes in motor vehicle accidents with an emphasis on large trucks and tractor trailers, and has also represented clients in civil rights, medical malpractice, products liability, and toxic tort matters. Having grown up in rural upstate New York working on dairy farms and fixing cars, he developed a practical understanding of automobiles that informs his investigation of accident cases.
