About Courtney Yonker
Courtney Yonker was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She graduated from Cooley Law School in 2024 as the top student in her Tampa Bay class. After passing the Florida Bar Exam in July 2024, she was sworn into the Florida Bar and joined Winters & Yonker, where she works alongside her father, founding partner Marc Yonker. Courtney is focused on seeking fairness for her clients and bringing the same tenacity to each case that she witnessed her father demonstrate throughout her life.
