Marc Yonker

Marc Yonker was born in Louisville, Kentucky, and lived in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Easton, Pennsylvania, before settling in the Tampa Bay area. As a child, his father's best friend was a personal injury attorney, and watching that attorney's work ethic and advocacy for clients drew Marc toward the idea of litigation for justice. Marc attended Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, and earned his J.D. in 1993. He was then admitted to both the Pennsylvania and the Florida Bar.

Before partnering with Bill Winters to found Winters & Yonker, Marc worked at a large personal injury firm serving clients in crisis. He and Bill co-founded the firm in 2001 to provide a more personal level of service. Marc focuses primarily on car accident cases and understands that clients are often dealing with one of the most difficult periods of their lives. He approaches every case with that understanding.
