Ben Agosto III

Ben Agosto III is a Senior Associate at Abraham Watkins. A born-and-raised Houstonian, Ben was a champion policy debater in high school at Klein High School. He earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2017, distinguishing himself as a national champion moot court advocate and a Langdell Scholar.

After a clerkship with the Honorable Larry Weiman of the 80th District Court in Harris County and three years at The Buzbee Law Firm, Ben joined Abraham Watkins in 2021 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2025. His practice spans commercial vehicle and trucking accidents, industrial and refinery disasters, railroad injury litigation, maritime and offshore claims, toxic exposure, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. He has been selected as a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers for four consecutive years (2023-2026) and recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in three practice areas.
