About Graham Sutliff
Graham E. Sutliff is Co-Founder of Sutliff & Stout, Injury & Accident Law Firm, which he established in 2008 with partner Hank Stout. He grew up in San Angelo, Texas. He earned his B.B.A. in Banking and Finance summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi and his J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law, graduating at the top of his class. After law school he began his legal career in the Austin litigation section of Vinson & Elkins before co-founding his current firm to advocate for individuals against large insurance companies and corporations. Sutliff and Stout won a $1.94 million wrongful death verdict against ExxonMobil for the family of Alfredo Pagayon, a Harris County man who died after an ExxonMobil cashier attacked him at a Houston convenience store; the Texas Supreme Court reversed the judgment in 2017, ruling that the employer owed no supervisory duty under the circumstances.
