Edward (Ted) Keenan was born and raised in inner-city Houston, the son of a trial lawyer. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Texas Tech University, graduating cum laude, and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2010 on a Dean's Scholarship.
