Miriam Fresco Agrait

Miriam Fresco Agrait is the Managing Partner of Amanda Demanda Injury Lawyers in Miami, Florida, and a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney. With more than 15 years of experience in personal injury and mass tort litigation, her practice covers personal injury, auto accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, product liability, medical malpractice, mass tort litigation, elder abuse, sexual assault, and workplace injuries.

Agrait earned her B.A. from Florida International University and her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2011. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2011.

She is a Florida Justice Association Eagle Member, an American Association for Justice member, a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers (Miami-Dade Chapter), and the Cuban American Bar Association (Assistant Editor, CABA Briefs). She is the former Vice President of the FIU College of Law Alumni Association.

Agrait holds a Board Certification in Civil Trial Law and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2020-2025) and holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating. She received the Mothers Against Drunk Driving Prosecution Award of Honor.
