Rachel Eisenberg

Rachel G. Eisenberg is an attorney at Amanda Demanda Injury Lawyers in Miami, Florida. Her practice covers personal injury, auto accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, elder abuse, medical malpractice, sexual assault, product liability, and workplace injuries.

Eisenberg earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2020, where she was on the Dean's List and an Honor Court member. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2023 on a full academic scholarship as a HOPE Public Interest Scholar. During law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trusts & Estates and Highest Honors in Litigation Skills.

Eisenberg is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the State of Florida Guardian ad Litem Program, and was elected to the Board of Directors of the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association in 2024.
