Jo Ann Niemi

Jo Ann Niemi earned her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University in 1992 and her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2000, where she graduated cum laude. She was also a visiting student at Arizona State University College of Law from January to May 2000. Before joining Anapol Weiss, Jo Ann was a law clerk and later an associate attorney at Victor & Hall, P.L.C. She also worked as a law clerk for the United States Attorney's Office and as a senior law clerk for the California Attorney General's Office in San Diego in 1999.

Jo Ann was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar Association in 2019. She was also admitted to the State Bar of Arizona, Federal District Court and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in 2001. She has been admitted Pro Hac Vice in State courts across the United States including California, Georgia, Hawaii, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Tennessee, Texas and Vermont. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Arizona State Bar Association, Maricopa County Bar Association, Arizona Association for Justice, Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and the Attorneys' Information Exchange Group.
