Matt Casey co-founded Ross Feller Casey in 2006 and has obtained more than 240 verdicts and settlements of at least $1 million, including 52 results that each topped $10 million, six of them verdicts. In the past year alone, he recovered more than $110 million in settlements for individual cases. Casey won a $85 million compensatory damages jury verdict in a Philadelphia premises liability case, which was the largest personal injury verdict in the U.S. for 2008 and the largest premises liability verdict in Pennsylvania history. He secured a $32.5 million settlement against Reading Hospital in a cerebral palsy case, a Pennsylvania record as the largest reported medical malpractice settlement in state history according to VerdictSearch.
