Blake Kaplan

Blake Kaplan joined Ross Feller Casey in 2017 and focuses his practice on representing individual clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries due to medical malpractice and defective products. He has played a key role in major cases resulting in multimillion-dollar recoveries, including $16 million for an infant who suffered brain damage after physicians failed to timely diagnose pertussis, $11 million for a teenager injured while jumping on a trampoline at a recreational facility, and $7 million in a case involving failure to diagnose a brain blood clot leading to intracranial hemorrhage. Kaplan received his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2013 and earned his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2017.

While in law school, he served on the Moot Court Board as Vice President and was selected as a National Member of The Order of Barristers. Previously, he interned with the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office in its Special Litigation Unit. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts.
