Kila Baldwin

Kila Baldwin is a shareholder at the law firm of Anapol Weiss. In her career, Baldwin has been involved in a number of high-profile cases, including most recently as counsel in a crashworthiness case that resulted in a $20M verdict against Honda in Philadelphia County, and settling a $20M products liability action. She was lead counsel in trials that resulted in verdicts of $80 million, $57.1 million, and $41 million against Johnson & Johnson in transvaginal mesh cases . Kila's current cases include single injuries experienced by individuals due to medical malpractice, defective devices, defective medical devices and medications, improperly maintained electric power lines, and other acts of negligence.

In addition, she litigated several mass tort and class actions, including serving as counsel in an action filed on behalf of individuals and businesses who suffered physical injuries and/or financial losses as a result of the catastrophic SPS Technologies fire that devastated the Abington Township, Pennsylvania community in February 2025. She is also involved in a nationwide mass tort action representing women who developed brain and spinal cord tumors (meningiomas) from prolonged use of Depo-Provera birth control injections.
