Weston Montrose

Weston S. Montrose is a co-founder and attorney at Arizona Injury Law Group, PLLC in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a State Bar of Arizona Board-Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law. He co-founded the firm with Briana Chua in 2016.

Before co-founding the firm, Montrose served as a member attorney at Taylor & Associates from 2007 to February 2016, where he focused exclusively on workers' compensation matters. Earlier in his career, he was a staff attorney at the Industrial Commission of Arizona, handling workers' compensation claims, OSHA prosecutions, and other legal matters for the state agency.

Montrose earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California, and his B.S. in Business and Public Administration with double majors in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of Arizona.

Montrose has received an Outstanding Leadership Award from the State Bar of Arizona and has been included in Best Lawyers in America. He has been a featured presenter for the State Bar of Arizona's Annual Workers' Compensation Program and the Industrial Commission of Arizona's Annual Workers' Compensation Claim Seminar.
