Mark Levin

Mark B. Levin is a Senior Trial Attorney at Attorney Brian White Personal Injury Lawyers in Houston, Texas. He has practiced personal injury law in Houston and across Texas since 1988 and has served as lead counsel in settlements and verdicts exceeding $40 million for his clients. Mark has been Board-Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1995. He is also a Certified Mediator and formerly served as a Municipal Court Judge in Jacinto City, Texas.

While his practice focuses on serious accident claims, he has also handled limited criminal defense matters involving asset forfeiture. Mark earned a B.A. and an MBA from Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management) before earning his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1987. He and his wife, Susan, have resided in Houston since 1982.
