About Kendall Dunson

Kendall Dunson joined Beasley Allen in 1999. He focuses on product liability, general personal injury, and workers' compensation cases involving defective industrial machinery. Among his notable verdicts was his first jury verdict against Goldkist Farms, where his client lost her husband due to the negligent operation of a forklift, resulting in a meaningful recovery for a surviving family. He has served as president of both the Alabama Lawyers Association and the Capital City Bar Association, was inducted into ABOTA in 2017, and into the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2022. Kendall grew up in LaGrange, Georgia.
