Larry Golston

Larry Golston joined Beasley Allen in 2000. He focuses on whistleblower litigation, employment retaliation, wage and hour disputes, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, business fraud, and class actions. His victories include a $4.6 million False Claims Act win against the Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority and a major class action against a national staffing company on behalf of workers denied overtime pay. Larry has served as President of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Alabama Lawyers Association. He volunteers as a head coach for youth football and basketball with the YMCA and volunteers with the United Way.
