Robin Rios

Robin A. Rios is an attorney at Bernheim Kelley Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers, where she chairs the First Party Property & Casualty Department. She has practiced since 2017 and manages the firm's Starke, Florida office serving the Gainesville and Jacksonville areas.

Rios earned her J.D. from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University in 2017, where she served as Bilingual Formatting Editor of the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law, made the Dean's List, and received a Law Merit Scholarship. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in 2013, where she received the Martin Luther King Award Scholarship.

Rios is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She is a fluent bilingual Spanish speaker.
