Robert Pinkiert

Robert S. Pinkiert is a Partner at Bernheim Kelley Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers, with more than 30 years of experience in personal injury law. He has managed and resolved thousands of cases involving serious injuries or death from automobile accidents, medical malpractice, security negligence, and premises negligence.

Pinkiert first gained significant recognition for his role in The Estate of Bobby Kent v. Puccio, et al. (1993), a landmark South Florida case in which he represented the family of a teenager murdered by his friends in a civil lawsuit against the parents of the teenage perpetrators. In another notable auto negligence case, his team secured the largest verdict in state history for an automobile accident case - a $23.5 million damage award.

Pinkiert earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1988.
