About Hannah Garrett

Hannah Garrett is a compassionate and dedicated associate attorney with The Higgins Firm, where she advocates for injured individuals and grieving families throughout Nashville and across Tennessee. With a practice centered on medical malpractice and nursing home abuse and neglect, Hannah devotes her career to some of the most vulnerable clients in the legal system, fighting for those who have been harmed by the very people and institutions entrusted with their care.

Hannah's commitment to this work took root early. She moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts, and she stayed to complete her Juris Doctor at Belmont University College of Law in 2019. During law school, she served as a member of the Belmont Health Law Journal and volunteered with local legal organizations to provide legal aid to those in need, an early reflection of the service-minded approach that continues to define her practice today.

At The Higgins Firm, Hannah brings determination and genuine empathy to a wide range of personal injury matters. In addition to her focus on medical malpractice and nursing home neglect, she represents clients injured in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, in dangerous premises and slip-and-fall incidents, and families coping with the wrongful death of a loved one. She understands that these cases are about far more than money, they are about accountability, answers, and helping families find a measure of justice after a devastating loss.

Clients and colleagues alike value Hannah for her thorough preparation, her careful attention to the medical and factual details that make or break complex injury claims, and her warm, approachable manner. She takes the time to truly understand each client's story and to stand beside them through what is often the most difficult chapter of their lives, ensuring they never feel alone in the process.

Outside the office, Hannah lives in Hendersonville, where she enjoys baking, sewing, and finding any excuse to be outside with her family. That same warmth and dedication carry into her advocacy, where she pours her energy into pursuing the compensation and accountability her clients deserve. With the experienced team and substantial resources of The Higgins Firm behind her, Hannah Garrett is a tireless and caring champion for injured Tennesseans and their families.
