About Jim Higgins

Jim Higgins is the founder of The Higgins Firm in Nashville, Tennessee, where he specializes in personal injury cases. A fourth-generation Nashvillian with a family history in law, he previously defended insurance companies before transitioning to plaintiff-side personal injury representation.

Higgins earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Georgia.
