About Louis Battista

Louis R. Battista is a Trial Attorney and Partner at Bernheim Kelley Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers, with more than 30 years of experience representing catastrophic injury and wrongful death clients in Florida.

Battista is board-certified in Civil Trial Law by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has been recognized by Florida Trend Magazine, Florida Super Lawyers, and South Florida's Legal Guide as among the elite trial attorneys in Florida.

Before joining the firm, Battista was a partner at Krupnick Campbell, a preeminent Fort Lauderdale personal injury firm where he litigated cases statewide for 16 years. He then headed the litigation department as a named partner at Toral Garcia Battista, where he began focusing on brain and spinal cord injury cases throughout Florida.

Battista earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale and his B.A. from the State University of New York at Oswego. He holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
