T. Matthew Leckman

T. Matthew Leckman is a trial attorney at Bernheim Kelley Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers, with significant experience in complex litigation and trial proceedings. He has more than 22 years of legal experience.

Leckman earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2003 and his B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2000.

He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of Nebraska, the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Eighth Circuits, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Leckman has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer (2020-2021), Pennsylvania Rising Stars (2010-2018), and named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 (2019-2021) and Top 40 Under 40 (2011-2018). He serves as Adjunct Professor at Temple Beasley School of Law and Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and is a speaker and lecturer for the American Association for Justice.

He is a member of the Montgomery County, Philadelphia County, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.
