Blake Green

Blake Green is the founder and a trial lawyer at BG Law LLC in North Kansas City, Missouri. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri in 2004 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2008, where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review, received the CALI Award for Excellence in Evidence, and graduated with an emphasis in litigation. After beginning his career as an insurance defense attorney, Green rededicated his practice in 2010 to representing clients who have been seriously injured by the wrongful acts of others. In 2024, Green obtained one of Missouri's top jury verdicts, a $34.1 million award recognized by Missouri Lawyers Weekly, arising from a drunk-driving crash case tried in Jackson County.

He has been recognized by the Kansas City Business Journal as Best of the Bar, named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers, and selected as a Super Lawyer in Missouri and Kansas from 2019 through 2025. Green also serves as a mediator and is included on the Western District of Missouri's approved list of neutrals, drawing on his experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation. He lives on a farm near Weston, Missouri, with his wife and two children.
