Brian Riehl

Brian M. Riehl is an associate at Blume Forte admitted in New Jersey and New York. He received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he was a member of the Rutgers Law Review and the Moot Court Board. Before law school, he served as a Special Agent for Homeland Security Investigations conducting investigations into transnational criminal organizations.

After law school, he completed judicial clerkships and worked as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Essex County Prosecutor's Office in both the Trial and Special Victims Units before joining Blume Forte. He concentrates his practice on automobile accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and general negligence matters. He has been selected to the New Jersey Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers in 2024 and 2026.
