About John Burke
John A. Burke is an associate at Blume Forte concentrating his practice on automobile accidents, premises liability, and general negligence matters. He received his B.A. from Lafayette College in 2014 and his J.D. cum laude from Rutgers University Law School in 2017. He clerked for Blume Forte during his third year of law school, then served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Carmen Messano, Presiding Judge for Administration of the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division. Before joining Blume Forte, he served as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in the Pre-Trial and Trial Units and was promoted to Assistant Chief Prosecutor for the Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit, where he investigated and tried high-profile motor vehicle collision cases resulting in felony charges, including two homicides. He was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 2017.
