About Robin Donato
Robin A. Donato joined Blume Forte in April 2001 and concentrates her practice on product liability, railroad accidents, construction accidents, and professional malpractice. She received her B.A. in Economics with a Politics minor from Princeton University in 1988 and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1991. Before joining Blume Forte, she served as an officer in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General's Department for more than 11 years, working as a military prosecutor and Special Assistant United States Attorney.
She subsequently worked at a defense firm before transitioning to plaintiff's personal injury litigation. She is admitted in New Jersey and New York. Notable recoveries include a $1.75 million recovery for a railroad worker electrocution and a $25 million recovery for a boating accident resulting in paraplegia.
