About Dustin Bradley
At Bradley & Loggin, Dustin primarily focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases involving medical negligence, motor vehicle accident and other instances where an individual has been injured or killed by someone else’s negligence or intentional actions. Prior to establishing his own law firm, Dustin was an attorney with Tulsa based insurance defense firm, where he concentrated his practice in civil litigation, primarily defending hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers in matters before courts throughout Oklahoma and Kansas. Aside from healthcare defense, Dustin also defended businesses in matters involving premises and dram shop liability. Before moving to Tulsa, Dustin was a staff attorney within the Kansas Department of Transportation. In that position, he was the lead attorney on matters related to real estate and property acquisition.
He represented the agency in complex administrative eminent domain proceedings and subsequent eminent domain appeals. Aside from matters involving real estate and property acquisition, Dustin served the agency as its Risk Manager and defended complex matters involving motor vehicle, trucking and railroad incidents. Dustin graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in May 2008 and was admitted to the Kansas Bar in September 2008 and Oklahoma Bar in July 2013. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the District of Kansas and Districts of Oklahoma.
Proven verdicts and settlements
On July 2, 2018 Justin Fulton, 32, had surgery to remove hernia mesh. He woke with his right leg numb and fell to the floor when he tried to stand, because his right quadriceps would not work. Nerve studies showed no motor or sensory function in his right femoral nerve: the surgeon had cut into it and not recognized it. The injury is permanent. The defense offered $200,000. On April 7, 2022 an Oklahoma County jury voted 11 to 1 for the Fultons and awarded $17,500,000, entered as a judgment in May and released and satisfied in July 2022.
