About Eric Loggin

Eric is a trial lawyer. When our firm takes your case, our goal is to get every penny that you deserve. Sometimes we can achieve that through negotiation and settlement. Other times, when the defendant refuses to pay what the client deserves, we go to trial and force them to pay. Our experience as former insurance defense attorneys is invaluable to our clients as we understand how the other side works.

We use the tactics and information learned as defense attorneys to get our clients the maximum amount they deserve. Eric went to Owasso High School before graduating from Rogers State University. After an internship in Washington D.C. at the Drug Enforcement Administration, he chose to attend Valparaiso University School of Law graduating in 2011. Following graduation, Eric moved back home where he began his career at the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting hundreds of cases involving shootings, robberies, arson, etc. He takes cases all over the State of Oklahoma and is licensed in all Oklahoma Federal Courts.

On July 2, 2018 Justin Fulton, 32, had surgery to remove hernia mesh. He woke with his right leg numb and fell to the floor when he tried to stand, because his right quadriceps would not work. Nerve studies showed no motor or sensory function in his right femoral nerve: the surgeon had cut into it and not recognized it. The injury is permanent. The defense offered $200,000. On April 7, 2022 an Oklahoma County jury voted 11 to 1 for the Fultons and awarded $17,500,000, entered as a judgment in May and released and satisfied in July 2022.
