Brandon Broderick

Brandon James Broderick is the Founding Attorney of Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law, a personal injury firm headquartered in New Jersey with offices serving NJ, NY, CT, FL, OH, and KY (with continuing nationwide expansion). He focuses primarily on personal injury law and is widely respected in the New Jersey legal community for his courtroom record.

Before opening his own firm, Broderick served as a one-year Law Clerk to the Honorable Bruce Gaeta and the Honorable Kenneth Slomienski, Judges of the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Bergen County. He then practiced from September 2006 to December 2010 at one of the largest personal injury firms in northern New Jersey, where he secured the largest jury verdict in the firm's 26-year history and the largest settlement obtained by any attorney at the firm.

In January 2012 he opened his own practice in Bergen County, New Jersey. The firm has since recovered substantial sums for clients, including a $44 million settlement in New York in 2024.

Broderick has been recognized as a Million Dollar Advocate (2018) and as a Top 10 Attorney by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (2017). He earned his B.A. in Philosophy from William Paterson University and his J.D. from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2006.
