Raymond Carroll

Carroll previously served as Assistant Corporation Counsel of the Torts Division for the City of New York. His career has spanned all aspects of preparation for and trial to verdict in automobile, premises, and personal injury actions, as well as substantial property damage and commercial litigation. He has successfully fought for his clients against municipalities in construction accidents and premises liability actions in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts, including appellate briefs and arguments. He was among the attorneys who handled a major construction accident case that resulted in a $44 million settlement package.

He earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from New York University. He is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Claims, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
