Allen Beasley

Allen W. Beasley is a Virginia trial attorney at Breit Biniazan with decades of experience representing individuals in personal injury and civil litigation matters. A Virginia Beach native, he returned to the Tidewater area in 1985 upon graduation from the University of Richmond School of Law. Before law school, Allen worked with disadvantaged youth in a wilderness therapy program, helped start a school for dyslexic boys in Vermont, and taught at an alternative high school in Western Virginia. He joined Breit Biniazan in 2014 after years of representing individuals, companies, and insurance companies throughout Virginia courts. His practice covers car accidents, bicycle accidents, maritime claims, and premises liability.
