Elias Hernandez

Elias Hernandez is an Associate Attorney at Brylak Law. He began his legal career in 2021, handling personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, commercial vehicle collisions, premises liability, nonsubscriber claims, and employment retaliation cases.

Growing up in the Rio Grande Valley where his family worked in insurance for over 30 years gave Hernandez insight into how claims are handled. He served as a student-attorney in the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic during law school.

Hernandez earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2020, completing it while working full-time and attending evening classes.

He is admitted to the Texas and Colorado bars. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and serves as Director of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association. He is a graduate of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association's LEAD Academy and the Trial Advocacy College of Texas.
