About Roger L. Turk

Roger Turk has been a driving force at Thomas J. Henry for over 20 years and continues to demonstrate diligence throughout each of his cases. With over a decade of trial experience, Mr. Turk maintains a national presence in multiple areas of personal injury litigation. He has been lead counsel in high-profile litigation throughout the United States, representing clients in trucking accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, industrial accidents, and construction accidents.

He has tried scores of cases in state and federal courts against Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. As Chair of the Major Trials Division, Mr. Turk leads the litigation of complex commercial cases across Texas and the country. He earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law and a B.B.A. from Southwest Texas State University.
