Stefani W. Barton

Stefani W. Barton is a Senior Litigation Attorney in Thomas J. Henry's Dallas office. She has worked for all branches of Texas state government, including as a briefing attorney for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, where she clerked for Justice Cheryl Johnson and drafted opinions on constitutional and civil rights matters. She then worked in the Texas Legislature on significant policy issues before transitioning into private practice.

Her background spans personal injury, civil rights, family law, legislative, insurance, and business law. She earned her J.D. summa cum laude from Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law and her B.A. magna cum laude from Florida A&M University. She was licensed in November 2007.
