Monty Cain

Monty L. Cain is the Owner and Managing Attorney of Cain Law in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with more than 30 years of experience. Born and raised in Oklahoma, he has practiced since 1995, establishing himself as a respected litigation and trial attorney focused on truck wrecks, traumatic brain injuries, car accidents, and personal injury matters. The firm also handles bankruptcy, Social Security disability, family law, probates, and criminal matters.

Cain has recovered over $100 million in verdicts and settlements for his clients. He recently won an interlocutory appeal in the Oklahoma Supreme Court establishing that a direct action claim against an employer for negligent entrustment of a motor vehicle can be maintained even when the employer admits respondeat superior liability.

Cain earned his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he received the Am Jur Award and was admitted to the Phi Delta Phi law fraternity, and a B.A. in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Oklahoma.
