Joshua Henderson

Joshua J. K. Henderson is a founding attorney of Carcione, Henderson & Markowitz, LLP. He concentrates on complex litigation, representing people injured in cases involving product defects, catastrophic injuries, dangerous property conditions, traumatic brain injuries, insurance bad faith, slip and falls, elder abuse, civil rights and police misconduct claims, and motor vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian collisions. He also represents small and mid-sized businesses in disputes over partnerships, breach of fiduciary duty, real estate, and unfair business practices. Henderson builds cases with seasoned investigators, experts, and consultants, and is known among judges, opposing counsel, and peers for his trial skills and professionalism. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007. Outside the office he skis and mountain bikes with his wife, Kelly, and their two sons.
