Joshua Markowitz

Joshua S. Markowitz is a founding attorney of Carcione, Henderson & Markowitz, LLP. He graduated from Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Religion and Philosophy, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2001, where he externed with Justice J. Anthony Kline. Markowitz began working for the Carcione law firm in 1999, became a partner at Carcione, Cattermole, Dolinski, Stucky, Markowitz & Carcione, and is now an owner and partner of the successor firm. He is an experienced trial attorney whose litigated cases have produced recoveries totaling over $70 million. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2003. Away from work he spends time with his wife Karol, his son Jonah, and his dogs, and enjoys going to the movies.
