Joshua Moore

Joshua D. Moore is a partner at Clement, Van Ronzelen & Schulte LLC. He earned a B.S. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2005 and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2012. He has been admitted to the Missouri Bar since 2012 and to the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri since 2014. Josh's practice covers motor vehicle negligence, slip and fall and trip and fall cases, nursing home abuse and neglect, insurance disputes, breach of contract, and real estate disputes. He served as counsel of record alongside partner Matthew Clement in Anderson, Draeger and Gunther v. Monsanto Company, a Roundup products liability trial that resulted in a combined verdict of $1.5612 billion later affirmed on appeal at approximately $611 million. He is listed on briefs in two Missouri appellate opinions, The Central Trust Bank v. Graves, 495 S.W.3d 797 (Mo.

App. W.D. 2016), and Ellison v. Fry, 437 S.W.3d 762 (Mo. banc 2014). He is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Cole County Bar Association, and the Boone County Bar Association.
