About Tim Van Ronzelen
Tim Van Ronzelen is a partner at Clement, Van Ronzelen & Schulte LLC. He earned a B.S. summa cum laude from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1992 and a J.D. from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1995, graduating with Order of the Coif honors and serving as Lead Articles Editor of the Missouri Law Review from 1994 to 1995. He has been admitted to the Missouri Bar since 1995 and practices before the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri. His case history includes representing a blind woman in a discrimination case against Dollar Tree before the Missouri Supreme Court, defending multiple Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers in officer-involved shooting cases and administrative proceedings, representing approximately 3,000 Applebee's employees in employment litigation, and litigating numerous class action and multidistrict litigation matters.
He serves as general counsel to Clean Fuels Alliance America, a national trade association. Tim has received multiple Super Lawyers designations from 2010 to 2022, multiple Top Attorneys in Missouri and Kansas honors from KC Magazine, the Outstanding Young Lawyers Award, and the Defender of Patient Safety Award, and holds a Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion-Platinum designation. He chairs the Federal Practice Committee of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and serves on the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
