About Julio Costa

Julio A. Costa is the founding and managing attorney at Costa Ivone, LLC in Chicago, where he focuses exclusively on personal injury and workers' compensation cases. He represents injury victims in catastrophic injury, motor vehicle accidents, animal bites, brain injury, premises liability, slip and fall, trucking accidents, and wrongful death matters throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Born in Lima, Peru, Julio is fluent in Spanish and provides personalized representation to a diverse clientele. Since 2015, Costa Ivone has recovered over $250 million for injured clients, with Julio personally securing more than $75 million in settlements and verdicts. He previously served as a Legislative Fellow for U.S. Senator Robert Menendez through the CHCI Public Policy Fellowship, focusing on labor and immigration policy.
