About Patrick McTernan

Patrick F. McTernan joined the firm in 1989. He practices in all areas of personal injury with an emphasis in admiralty and maritime law. Mr. McTernan is a Proctor Member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States and a member of the Admiralty Law Sections of the Hawaii State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the American Association of Justice. He is also a member of the Senior Counsel Division of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. Patrick McTernan was a key member of the trial team that won a $916,000,000 court judgment in 2024 against pharmaceutical companies. He has been admitted in Hawaii since 1986 and in Washington since 2018.
