About Jennifer Jayjohn York

Jenna Jayjohn York graduated from Cumberland School of Law in the top 8% of her class. Early on, Jenna proved that she has both the intelligence and the grit necessary to be a respected trial attorney. She won the 2017 National Civil Trial Competition held in Los Angeles, California. She won the 2018 National Trial Competition Regional Tournament in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

She served as the Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review. She was elected Vice President of the Student Bar Association. She was one of only a few dozen students chosen to serve as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow. Jenna is driven by a ferocious desire to hold wrongdoers accountable and a sincere commitment to the clients she represents.

She has a disciplined focus and unparalleled attention to detail that distinguish her in the courtroom. Jenna practices in the areas of automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability, products liability, industrial accidents, medical malpractice, and fraud. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Mobile Bar Association, the Alabama Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.

Jenna grew up in Baldwin County, Alabama and graduated summa cum laude from Troy University. She served as a Senator At Large in the Student Government Association. She was a member of four separate academic honor societies.
