About Michael A. Argenal

The son of an Air Force servicemember, Michael grew up moving frequently and has called a little bit of everywhere home. This early experience instilled in him adaptability, resilience, and a deep appreciation for community,all qualities that shape his approach to practicing law today. Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government with a Minor in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. He went on to complete both a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) and a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A) at St. Mary’s University, where he graduated as a Distinguished Graduate of the MPA program at the age of 24. Before joining Daspit Law Firm, Michael served as a Staff Attorney with the San Antonio Legal Services Association, where he established a legal aid clinic for veterans and their families.

He also gained experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Dan A. Naranjo, a local mediator and arbitrator, supporting multi-million-dollar arbitration cases and assisting with complex legal matters throughout law school. At Daspit Law Firm, Michael focuses his practice on personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, and other serious injury claims. He represents clients from intake through resolution and works closely with experts and case teams to build effective strategies on their behalf. Outside of his practice, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with his small family.
