Samantha Aktug

Samantha Clark Aktug, Esq. is a Workers' Compensation Attorney at DeMayo Law Offices, LLP, with more than 20 years of experience representing thousands of clients and settling multi-million-dollar cases. She is passionate about helping others and focuses her career in workers' compensation and Social Security disability law.

Aktug is a member of North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the North Carolina Bar Association (where she previously served as a Workers' Compensation Committee Pro-Bono Co-Chair).

She earned her Juris Doctor from Catholic University Columbus School of Law in 1997 and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1993. She is admitted to the State Bars of North Carolina and South Carolina, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina.
