About Daniel Diaco

Daniel S. Diaco, M.D., J.D. (Florida Bar No. 127123) is a board-certified plastic surgeon who joined Diaco Law after graduating first in the fall 2016 class at Stetson University College of Law with magna cum laude honors. He graduated valedictorian from Northeast High School in St. Petersburg, then earned a B.S. in Psychology cum laude from Duke University. He received his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine, completed a general surgery residency at Louisiana State University, and finished plastic surgery training at the University of South Florida.

He practiced plastic surgery in Tampa for over 20 years and served as an assistant clinical professor at USF and as a team physician for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Throughout his medical career, Dr. Diaco worked as a medical expert evaluating injury cases. His dual training in medicine and law gives him a direct understanding of the nature and severity of client injuries, making him especially effective in personal injury and medical malpractice claims.
