About Joseph Diaco

Joseph F. Diaco, Jr. (Florida Bar No. 65201) has represented injury victims since beginning his legal career in 1995. He grew up in St. Petersburg and graduated from Northeast High School in 1988. He earned a B.S. in Communications with a minor in Psychology from Florida State University in 1992, where he served as treasurer and president of Scalphunters, FSU's largest student booster organization, and remains a member of Lambda Chi Alpha.

He completed his legal studies at Stetson University College of Law in 1995 as a member of the Stetson Trial Team. Over nearly three decades in practice, Mr. Diaco has managed thousands of injury claims, deposed hundreds of expert witnesses including physicians, and handled dozens of jury trials. His case record includes significant outcomes in wrongful death, aviation accidents, commercial vehicle claims, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, product liability, catastrophic workers' compensation, and First Amendment matters.
