Erika Brenneman

Erika Leigh Brenneman is a Workers' Compensation Attorney at Farah & Farah's Tallahassee, Florida office. She has represented injured workers and pursued related personal injury and social security disability matters across Florida and Georgia for more than two decades.

Brenneman began her career representing injured employees in workers' compensation claims, then joined a statewide insurance defense firm in 2000 where she represented employers and carriers in workers' compensation matters — defense-side experience that informs her current plaintiffs' practice. She has expanded her practice to include Social Security Disability claimant representation. She was honored in Attorney at Law Magazine's special 'Women in Law' issue.

Brenneman earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 1999 and was admitted to The Florida Bar (#172420) the same year. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2000.
