Scott Burleigh

Scott Burleigh is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah's Jacksonville, Florida office, focusing on motor vehicle and slip-and-fall cases. He brings broad geographic legal experience and a distinctive technical background to plaintiffs' work.

Before entering law, Burleigh served as a Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy operating nuclear-powered submarines. He has since practiced law across multiple states and earned bar admission in four jurisdictions.

Burleigh earned his B.S. in Applied Science Technology (Nuclear Engineering Technology) from Thomas Edison State University, his M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, and his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. He is admitted to The Florida Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Minnesota Bar (inactive); he also practices before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association and the Jacksonville Justice Association.
