About Joseph Nemeh
Joseph V. Nemeh is a Litigation Attorney at Farah & Farah's Tampa, Florida office, where he represents plaintiffs in motor vehicle and other personal injury matters. He brings substantial trial experience from earlier roles — he spent his first years after law school in consumer protection litigation, representing consumers against auto dealer fraud, and later moved to insurance defense work, where he developed his courtroom skills.
Nemeh is known for combining a defense lawyer's understanding of how cases are built with a plaintiff's drive — firm leadership describes him as 'a tough-as-nails litigator who can think on his feet during even the fiercest courtroom battles.' Recent results include a $450,000 client win and a notable slip-and-fall settlement reached through mediation.
Nemeh earned his Bachelor's in Legal Studies with a specialization in Trial Advocacy from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. He is admitted to The Florida Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and is a member of the Florida Justice Association. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
