Joseph Presutti

Joseph H. Presutti is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah's Jacksonville, Florida office, with extensive litigation experience in motor vehicle and premises liability cases. He is known among colleagues for his grit and his readiness to take matters to trial when needed — qualities that have produced strong results, including taking on cases that other firms had dropped and winning substantial recoveries for those clients.

During law school, Presutti volunteered more than 200 hours at the Public Defender's Office of Florida's Fourth Judicial Circuit, earning Pro Bono Honors — an experience that shaped his career-long commitment to advocating for victims.

He earned his bachelor's degree summa cum laude in Political Science and History from Carson-Newman University and his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. He is admitted to The Florida Bar and is a member of the Florida Justice Association.
